Image of the Day:

Saturn 9/2/06 Saturn 9/2/06

Date: 2-/-0/2006
Taken by: Tom Richardson

First attempt at capturing Saturn with my Celestron NexImage LPI with a 8" f6 reflector, 595 frames stacked with registax 3 and processed with photoshop 7.Conditions not very good with Saturn in the haze above the rooftops,so not much detail captured. However overall i`m happy with my first attempt at Saturn with the LPI.
